JS Launch Naptronic Actuators To UK JS Actuators is the new UK distributor of Neptronic actuators and actuated valves. The range includes direct coupled, electronic actuators that provide precision control for many applications including dampers, VAV systems, fan coils and air handling units.

Failsafe and non-failsafe models are available. The failsafe units incorporate the patented Enerdrive system, which uses super capacitors to store energy ready to move the actuator to its failsafe position in the event of a power failure. Traditionally this was accomplished by mechanical springs, but as the Enerdrive system does not use springs the energy required to wind the spring up is eliminated. This allows the actuator to increase unit efficiency, use less power, have a smaller motor and increase the motor life by as much as six times.

The actuator range consists of digital and analogue rotary and linear actuators for dampers, multi-signal actuators, high torque actuators and fast actuators for precise control applications such as fume hood cupboards. Designed for simplicity they are quick and easy to install with trouble-free commissioning.

Complete actuated valves are also available from JS Actuators, including two and three-way actuated ball valves, globe valves and butterfly valves to control the flow of hot water, chilled water and steam in commercial and industrial applications.

JS Actuators also offers retrofit kits that include the actuator and linkage for assembly to globe valves, ball valves and butterfly valves.
